Shipping and Delivery

Shipping costs will be displayed in the purchasing process and as part of the final payment stage. All orders above $150 are free of shipping charges for standard shipping, all orders below are $7.95 flat rate or $6.50 for Perth Metro. Express shipping costs vary and are based on the weight of the parcel and the destination.

My Health Warehouse is committed to providing its customers with fast and efficient delivery, however please note that your choice of postal service will affect delivery times.


Express Delivery

Expected delivery time is 3 business days and is subject to Australia Post delivery times. This premium delivery method also provides you with a tracking number so that you may view the progress of your order online at any time. Please note that this option requires a residential or work address and a signature upon delivery.

Please note: delivery to rural addresses and Eastern states may require an additional 2-3 days.


Standard Mail

Expected delivery time 5-7 business days and is subject to Australia Post Delivery times.

Whilst My Health Warehouse endeavours to ensure customers receive orders as quickly as possible, in the event of a public holiday or industrial action experienced by Australia Post, delays may occur which are beyond our control.


International Orders

My Health Warehouse is only able to ship to Australian postal addresses.

We do make special exceptions from time to time, so if you live internationally please feel free to contact us and we will explore how we can best accommodate to your needs.


Returns and Replacements

We will happily accept the return of any stock or product which is damaged, defective or tampered with upon receipt. However, we will only accept the return of products for replacement within 14 days of delivery. Please return the faulty goods along with a letter outlining the problem. The cost to return any goods will be credited to you. Please include postage receipts with your goods return. Goods must be unused and in their original condition. Replacement will be subject to stock. If you instigate a return and stock is unavailable, we will issue you with a full refund.
