Raw Protein Gentle Digest is a grain-free, Low FODMAP certified plant protein made from an organic sprouted and fermented blend of pea protein, seeds, grains and greens, with the digestive enzyme bromelain.

Each serve provides 20g of protein with a complete amino acid profile, plus real-food sources of Iron, Phosphorus and Zinc. Chocolate flavour.

Directions

Shaker: Add 3 heaped tablespoons (30g) to 300ml of water or plant-based milk. Shake well.

Smoothie: Add 3 heaped tablespoons (30g) to your smoothie.

Get Creative: Add to your oats, pancakes, or raw treats.

Adolescents (12-17 years) may take half the adult serve.
