How to use:

Glide on colour close to the waterline, or where desired on the eyelid. To keep tip application ready, place the pencil in refrigerator for 15 - 30 minutes, then sharpen the pencil with a professional SCOUT Dual Blade Sharpener by rotating the pencil gently once inside.
