In Essence Anxiety Essential Oil 10ml

A calming blend of 100% pure Sweet Orange, Lavender, Ylang Ylang & Frankincense essential oils which have been traditionally used in aromatherapy for the relief of symptoms associated with mild anxiety including nervous tension, unease and worry.

INGREDIENTS:

Sweet Orange (Citrus Sinensis)

Lavender (LAVANDULA ANGUSTIFOLIA)

Ylang Ylang (CANANGA ODORATA)

Frankincense ( BOSWELLIA CARTERI)

HOW TO USE:

Methods of use: Vaporisation: add 6-9 drops (0.2mL-0.3mL) to the water in your diffuser.

Massage: Add 6 drops (0.2mL) to a tablespoon of carrier oil and massage into chest & back. The mixture can be kept for 24 hours at room temperature.
