Honey doesn’t come any purer than when it’s still in its comb. Because it has been stored in its original packaging (made from wax by very busy bees) honey still in its comb retains more flavour and aroma than honey which has been removed and stored in jars.

Fresh from the vast, uncrowded land of Western Australia, these honeycombs are pure, raw 100% West Australian honey. It can be eaten as it is (the honeycomb itself is edible) or you can drain the honey from the comb.

With so many health benefits, honeycomb is also becoming a sought after health food.
