In rare cases, Valerian may harm the liver. Stop use and see a doctor if you have yellowing skin/eyes or unusual fatigue, nausea, appetite loss, abdominal pain, dark urine or itching.
Not to be used with other sedative medication. Contains alcohol as no more than 45% v/v ethanol.
Do not use if cap seal on bottle is missing.
Keep out of reach of children.

Shake well before use.

Adults:
To reduce nervous tension, take 3 - 5 mL three times a day, or, to relieve sleeplessness, take 10 mL one hour before bed.
Take undiluted or dilute in 30 mL of water or juice and drink immediately. Follow with a glass of water if necessary.
