Synergy Inulin 200g

Ariya Synergy Inulin 200g is a chicory-root inulin powder for adding soluble prebiotic fibre to water, smoothies or food. Plain fibre ingredient — not a flavoured drink mix.

Start with a small serve and increase gradually with plenty of fluid, as inulin can cause wind if introduced quickly. Dietary fibre food/supplement use only.

• Synergy inulin powder, 200g
• Chicory inulin / oligofructose style prebiotic fibre (per brand)
• Mix as directed; increase fluid intake

Always read the label and follow the directions for use. Seek advice if you have IBS, FODMAP sensitivity, or take medicines that may interact with fibre supplements.
