This great formula comes in different serving options:

For soft gels (recommended for ages 3-6): Take four soft gels daily, with food, or as directed by your healthcare professional or pharmacist. Soft gels can be chewed or swallowed.

For liquid (recommended for children ages 1-6): One-half teaspoon daily, with food, or as directed by your healthcare professional or pharmacist. For best results, please refrigerate and use within three months after opening.
