Capsicum annuum (Capsicum) 14C; Matricaria chamomilla (Chamomilla) 3C; Coffea arabica (Coffea) 4C; Coffea arabica (Coffea) 30C; Gelsemium sempervirens (Gelsemium) 4C; Humulus lupulus (Humulus) 3C; Hyoscyamus niger (Hyoscyamus) 6C; Passiflora incarnata (Passiflora) 3C; Valeriana offcinalis (Valeriana) 3C.

Usage Directions:

Adults: Take 5mL of liquid half an hour before bed and then repeat the dose immediately prior to bed.

If sleep is interrupted during the night, take 1 dose every half hour for up to 4 doses.

Storage:

Do not use it if the cap seal is broken. Store below 30°C.
