Directions:
Adults: Take 1 tablet daily, or as directed by your healthcare professional.
Warnings:
- This product contains selenium, which is toxic in high doses. A daily dose of 150 micrograms of selenium from dietary supplements should not be exceeded.
- Vitamin and mineral supplements should not replace a balanced diet.
- In rare cases, Camellia sinensis may harm the liver. Stop use and see a doctor if you experience yellowing skin/eyes, unusual fatigue, nausea, appetite loss, abdominal pain, dark urine, or itching. To be taken with food.
- Stop taking this medication if you experience tingling, burning, or numbness and see your healthcare practitioner as soon as possible. [Contains vitamin B6].
