Planet Organic Valerian Loose Leaf Tea 100g

Planet Organic Valerian Root Tea is a premium loose-leaf herbal tea made from 100% certified organic valerian root.

Earthy, distinctive and naturally caffeine-free, Valerian Root is best known as an evening herb, used to support relaxation, ease a restless mind and encourage restful sleep — making it a popular brew when it's time to properly switch off.

Its naturally earthy flavour is unmistakably herbal & stinky (we won't pretend otherwise!), so try adding a little ginger or honey if you prefer a softer, sweeter cup.

Each box is carefully hand-packed in Coolum, Australia and sealed for freshness in a plant-based cellulose bag, free from petroleum-based plastics and home compostable.
