What’s so good about Coconut Sugar? Coconut Sugar is a cane sugar alternative. It is mineral rich containing twice the iron, four times the magnesium and over ten times the zinc than regular sugar.

How is Coconut sugar made? Coconut Sugar comes from the flower blossom of the coconut palm. Wild harvested from palm groves run with organic practices. The syrup is gently heated to evaporate the water producing a mild caramel taste – creating the perfect sweetner that adds flavour, nutrition and is LOW GI (35).

Fructose Comparrison: Coconut Sugar/nectar/syrup contains 38 - 48% fructose which is the same amount in sucrose (White Cane Sugar)

Maple Syrup contains unto 40% of Fructose, it does however contain some health benefits.

Agave contains 90% fructose, around 40% higher than white cane sugar!

How do I use Coconut Sugar? Coconut Sugar is a great substitute for cane sugar or sugar alternative. Use it anyway you would use a sweetener 1:1 ratio.
