Our raw cacao nibs are crunchy, flavourful, are natural mood lifters, packed with powerful nutrients and antioxidants. How is it made? Cacao beans are seeds of the Theobroma Cacao tree. The seeds are found in pods, which are split and the beans removed and dried. The husk is then removed from the bean which when slightly crushed are called nibs.

How do I use it? Try them straight, or sweeten with bananas and dates for a healthy chocolate treat. Top smoothie bowls, add to a trail mix or desserts. Top your baking like muffins, brownies and sweet breads. They can also be used in savoury dishes like salads or dips.
