Directions:

The Better Nature Massage Oil is ideal for sports and deep tissue massage, therapy treatments, pre and post sporting activity and after bathing. 

1) Pump a desired amount of Oil into your palm and massage into (preferably) clean and dry skin. 

2) Mix a small amount of Oil and Salts together to make your own body scrub. 

3) Add a desired amount of Oil into your bath along with the Salts to further enrich your bath.
