Ingredients
Each 3.5g sachet contains:
Magnesium glycinate equiv. magnesium 180mg

Does not contain egg, milk, peanut, soy, tree nuts, animal products, gluten, lactose or artificial colours, flavours or sweeteners. Contains sulfites.

Directions
Adults and children over 12 years: consume one 3.5g sachet daily, or as directed by your health professional.
Take a small portion of granules at a time and repeat until the sachet is finished. Do not swallow the whole contents of the sachet at once.
