Recommended use:

Bath: Dissolve 1 cup (180 g) in a regular bath of warm water after exercising or for a relaxing bath. Bathe for approximately 10–15 minutes.

Foot Soak: Dissolve 2 tablespoons (10 g) in half a bucket of warm water for a soothing foot soak. Soak for approximately 10–15 minutes.
