Eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) 1.86g

Docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) 930mg

Directions:

Adults take 1 teaspoon (5mL) daily.

Children 2 to 12 years take 2.5mL daily or as directed by

your healthcare practitioner.

Best consumed with food to avoid any aftertaste.
