Directions:

Adults: Take 1 tablet with food twice daily, or as directed by your healthcare professional.

Adults Only.

• Contains zinc which may be dangerous if taken in large amounts or for a long period.
• This product contains selenium which is toxic in high doses. A daily dose of 150 micrograms for adults of selenium from
  dietary supplements should not be exceeded.
• Contains 20mg of caffeine per tablet. A cup of instant coffee contains approximately 80mg of caffeine.
• Taking this product, and a caffeine intake more than 200mg per day is not recommended during pregnancy or breastfeeding.

• Vitamin and mineral supplements should not replace a balanced diet.
