• Place 1 heaped tablespoon of gelatin into a mug combine the flavoured powder and then add in 100ml of cold liquid.
• Mix well and let bloom for 1-2 minutes, top up with the remaining liquid, stir and heat via microwave or stove-top until hot. This will dissolve the gelatin.
• Stir thoroughly, your beverage should have a smooth, creamy consistency.
