Shipping Terms and Conditions
My Health Warehouse is a family owned and operated business that prides itself on fast and accurate order processing and delivery.
Free standard shipping applies to all orders with a value of $150 or more once discount codes have been applied. Flat rate $7.95 standard shipping applies to all order less than $150 or $6.50 for Perth Metro. Standard shipping times are 5-7 business days for metro addresses and 7-10 for regional. See “Shipping Periods” below for further shipping times.
Express shipping cost depends on the weight and the destination of the order.
Order Processing and Delivery
Subject to stock availability, orders are normally processed and posted within 2 business days. All My Health Warehouse parcels will be delivered to the address provided and will require signature on receipt unless authority to leave has been requested by the customer. Authority to leave requests can be made as part of the checkout process by leaving delivery instructions in the messages field. It is recommended to provide a work address for delivery if no one is home during business hours as the parcel cannot be left unattended. Where no one is home to sign for the parcel, a card will be left detailing the nearest Australia Post outlet where the parcel can be collected.
Our normal shipping times indicated below are based on Australia Post services and are subject to stock availability:
Standard Metro orders are received by our customers within 5-7 business days
Standard Regional orders are received by our customers within 7-10 business days
Express Metro orders are received by our customers within 3 business days
Express Regional orders are received by our customers within 5 business days
You will be prompted, during the checkout process, to choose either standard or express shipping. Public holiday periods and high postage periods such as Easter and Christmas can delay our normal delivery times.
Once you have placed your order, you will receive an order confirmation email specifying the items you ordered and the chosen delivery method. A shipping confirmation email will then be sent once your order has been processed by our warehouse which will also contain an Australia Post order tracking number (e.g. PCG00001). You can track your order by visiting Australia Post Tracking website and entering your tracking number in the search field.
Checking Your Order Status
You can check the status of your order by simply logging into your account through the My Health Warehouse homepage. Once logged in, you can view current and recent orders in your account summary.
